There is so much you could do when it comes to communications and embracing the Promotional 'P' of marketing.
It's safe to say much of what you could do; you probably shouldn't.
With that in mind, following my previous post on 'The Magnificent 7 Marketing Ideal-dos,' here are 'The 7 Communications Ideal-dos.'
If you're going to do something, it may as well be magnificent.

1. Build effective and efficient reach - maximise your opportunity to maintain/grow market share.
2. Use media placements that maximise attention - create better cut-through and impact to increase attention.
3. Get creative - creativity helps to create disproportionate returns and makes every $ work harder.
4. Ensure you are more distinctive than your competition - make sure you stand out from the crowd and aren't ignored.
5. Use emotion to your advantage - emotion better connects when priming future buyers - current buyers like it, too.
6. Get motivational without dropping your prices - convert more current buyers with motivational comms showing you fulfil buyer's needs.
7. Be great at being consistent - stay the course and build greater brand salience over the long-term.
